Is it possible to import only such translations from TRADOS that are above a certain "matching" percentage?

Yes, it is. You can do that in TRADOS Translator's Workbench that Multilizer opens when accessing the Trados translation memory. Simply choose Options->Translation Memory Options... in Translator's Workbench and set the minimum fuzzy percentage to desired one. Multilizer respects this setting.
